Isn’t the dining space of Brooklyn-based communal cooking centre Sunday Suppers so lovely? I especially love the addition of string lights in place of a traditional chandelier or pendant light.
I’d like to hang string lights in my dining area, just in time for festive holiday cocktail and dinner parties. But don’t get me wrong – this is one decoration that’s not coming down after Christmas.
These string lights are classic. They remind me of the most romantic restaurant terraces.
And these ones from Pigeon Toe Ceramics, with their modern-retro look, are pretty, too.
These burnished bulb lights from Anthropologie are meant for the Christmas tree, but they’d look nice in a dining area, as well – I love their metallic sheen.
